Brief information about activities of the Project Coordinator

Alhaji Aregbe serves as the overall leader responsible for the successful implementation and management of the project.

He provides strategic direction, ensuring that project objectives align with national priorities and donor requirements. He does this by coordinating the planning and execution of activities, overseeing multiple project components, and ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently. The coordinator acts as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including government agencies, donor organizations, and project teams, to foster collaboration and resolve challenges that may arise.

In addition, he works closely with specialists to track project progress, monitor performance indicators, and evaluate outcomes to maintain accountability and transparency. Having ensured this, he coordinates the preparation and submission of high-quality reports, representing the project in meetings, and advocating for policies that enhance project impact and sustainability.

By maintaining a results-driven approach and aligning diverse teams toward common goals, Alhaji Aregbe enhances the project’s efficiency, visibility, and overall success in tandem with the operational goal of the World Bank.
